  #1 Reset status. /available in the search bar within the Teams app, or;; Press your photo icon > click on your status > reset. So far MS Support hasn't been able to find anything based on the logs, Teams does not show "Meeting room" in add room before call. Several issues trigger the MS Teams app to set your status offline. Some of them are multiple active sessions, conflicting background processes, invalid.

Please, try the following command on your teams app. Changing our status to available doesn't affect what the others see. Hope this helps. Unless I am actively using teams, my status keeps going to "offline" meaning I don't get notifications, even though I am on my computer and online.

So even when teams is open, but minimized, it sets me as offline. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. I have the same question Report abuse.
